1. What makes Kattan Kampany snacks special?
Each snack is made using authentic Kerala recipes, crafted by local makers in small batches under FSSAI-certified standards. No preservatives, no artificial colors — just pure, traditional taste.
2. Are your products vegetarian and safe to consume?
Yes! All our products are 100% vegetarian and prepared in hygienic, food-safe environments.
3. Do your snacks contain preservatives or artificial flavors?
No. We avoid added preservatives and artificial colors. Our products are sealed fresh to maintain shelf life naturally.
4. How do I store my snacks?
Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Once opened, store them in an airtight container for freshness.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.
(Cash on Delivery is currently available only within India.)
6. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions go through SSL-encrypted and PCI-compliant gateways.
We never store or access your card details.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Within India: 3–7 business days
- International orders: Typically, 3–7 business days, but may take 10–20 business days depending on customs clearance
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We deliver worldwide so that you can enjoy authentic Kerala snacks wherever you are.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking number and courier link.
10. Can I return my order?
Due to the perishable nature of our snacks, returns are not accepted.
However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing product, contact us within 48 hours for a refund or replacement.
11. How do I request a refund or replacement?
Email us at support@kattankampany.com with your order number and a short unboxing video.
We’ll respond within 24 hours and process refunds within 5–7 business days of approval.
12. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing if they haven’t been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible.
13. Do your products contain nuts or gluten?
Some snacks may contain or be processed in facilities that handle nuts, gluten, dairy, or sesame.
Please read product labels before consumption.
14. Are your snacks safe for children?
Yes — all our snacks are safe and family-friendly. However, parental supervision is advised for small children due to crunchiness or spice levels.
15. Do I need an account to order?
No — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders and reorder easily.
