Refund and Returns Policy

Issued by: Flavoury Global LLP, the registered owner of the brand Kattan Kampany (hereafter referred to as “Kattan Kampany”).

🧾 Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once items are opened or consumed. We offer a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product was damaged, expired, or missing items on arrival.
• The product was not delivered due to issues from our side or the courier’s fault.

⏰ Reporting Timeframe

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details of your issue. To help us resolve quickly, include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product/packaging
• A short unboxing or product video showing the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item, missing items)

⚠ Requests without supporting photos or a short video may not be eligible for refunds.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our snacks, we cannot accept product returns once delivered. This ensures hygiene and safety for all customers.

Products not eligible for refund or return:

• Opened or partially consumed packages.
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
• Complaints based on taste or personal preference.

💳 Refund / Replacement Process

• Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours.
• Once approved, you may choose between:
  • Refund (credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days), or
  • Replacement (a fresh product shipped at no extra cost).
• If your order was paid via COD, you’ll be asked to provide your bank details for refund processing.

🛑 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing if they haven’t been processed or shipped.
• To cancel, email us immediately at support@kattankampany.com.
• Once dispatched, cancellations or address changes will not be possible.

Hygiene & Safety Clause

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food products. This protects both our customers and our quality standards.

🚫 Delivery Issues

If your package is returned to us due to:

• An incorrect address,
• Repeated failed delivery attempts, or
• Refusal to accept delivery,
• The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs or deductions before refunding.

⚖️ Exceptions

In special cases (e.g., international shipments delayed by customs), refund decisions will be made at our discretion after verifying all relevant details.

DUTIES

• As mentioned under each product, the customer should pay any duties for Canada, UK, Europe, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Czech Republic and a few Middle East countries, and We will not bear any duties. For these countries, there will be customs duties.
• Any duties for the rest of the countries, the duty tax should also be paid by the customer. We will help the customer with customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

• If a refund/replacement is approved, we cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
• Customers do not need to send products back unless specifically requested by our team.

International Orders

• Delivery timelines and customs clearance may vary by country. Customer has to pay the Customs duty if anything
• Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by customs or courier partners
• We will, however, fully support you in tracking your shipment.
