Shipping Policy

Fast, transparent delivery—within India and worldwide—by Flavoury Global LLP (brand: Kattan Kampany).

Issued by: Flavoury Global LLP, the registered owner of the brand Kattan Kampany (hereafter referred to as “Kattan Kampany”).

Within India

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Flat-rate or free shipping (as shown at checkout)
  • Tracking link shared via email/WhatsApp

International

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days (customs may vary) some time it will take up to 20 days.
  • Rates auto-calculated by weight & destination
  • Duties/taxes are customer’s responsibility.

🚚 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is shipped.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders (India): Flat-rate or free shipping, depending on offers shown at checkout.
  • International Orders: Flat-rate or free shipping, depending on offers shown at checkout.
  • All applicable fees will appear before you confirm payment.

🧭 Tracking Orders

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link and courier details by email or WhatsApp.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier’s system.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply for international shipments.
  • These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • Kattan Kampany will not be liable for delays caused by customs, but we’ll help with documentation when needed.

🏡 Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct.
  • Couriers generally make 2–3 attempts for delivery.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.

🧁 Perishable Products

As our snacks are fresh and perishable, please make sure someone is available to receive the package on delivery.
We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed acceptance or incorrect addresses.

📦 Multiple Shipments

For orders with multiple products, items may be shipped in separate parcels depending on stock availability or warehouse location.
Each parcel will have its own tracking number.

💔 Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please record a short unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
  • We will review and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
  • If the courier confirms a lost shipment, we’ll issue a full refund or reshipment.

Force Majeure

Kattan Kampany is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control —
including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.
