By accessing or placing an order on www.kattankampany.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between Flavoury Global LLP (“we,” “our,” “us”) and you (“customer,” “buyer,” or “user”).

🛍️ 2. Products & Availability

• All products listed on our website are authentic Kerala snacks prepared under FSSAI standards.
• Images are for representation only; actual product appearance may vary.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without notice.

⚖️ 3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to place an order, or have supervision from a parent/guardian.
• By ordering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

💳 4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• International prices may be shown in local currency for convenience; payment is always settled in INR.
• We accept online payments via Razorpay and other approved gateways.
• Payment must be completed at checkout; we do not support “Pay on Delivery” for international orders.
• Kattan Kampany does not store or access your card details.

🚚 5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders within India are typically delivered in 3–7 business days.
• International orders may take 10–20 business days, depending on customs and courier services. But usually delivered with in 3-7 business days.
• Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
• Any import duties, customs taxes, or additional charges for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

📦 6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds or replacements are available for wrong, damaged, or missing products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours if not yet processed.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
• Perishable food items cannot be returned once delivered for hygiene reasons.

🍪 7. Ingredients & Allergens

• Our snacks may contain or be processed in facilities handling nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame, or other allergens.
• Please read product labels carefully before consumption.
• Kattan Kampany is not liable for allergic reactions if ingredients are disclosed.

🧑‍💻 8. Account Responsibility

• If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.
• Any order placed under your account will be treated as authorized by you.
• Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

🚫 9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or products for:

• Fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Resale without written consent
• Uploading harmful code or tampering with the website
• Spamming, phishing, or infringing upon intellectual property

Violation may result in suspension or legal action.

• Kattan Kampany is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, customs delays, etc.).

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as:

• Transportation or communication failure
• Government restrictions, lockdowns, or strikes

⚖️ 14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
